District Court hours vary. Criminal preliminary hearings are Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 8:30 a.m. Arraignments are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Civil cases are heard Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Free parking is available in front of the Justice Center. Additional parking is in the church lot behind the building. The facility is fully accessible.

Boone County follows the Kentucky Open Records Act. Requests must be in writing. You can submit requests in person, by mail, fax, or email. The standardized form is accepted. It is available from the fiscal court clerk.
